Corso di cucina e pasticceria in francese – Tris di Éclair
Why should you join us? If you want to combine your passion for baking with foreign languages, our bakery and cooking courses are for you. Improve your French by preparing Éclairs. Chef Joël Morzt, from Strasbourg, will guide you through the preparation of these delicious French pastries in three different versions😊You don’t have to be a skilled pastry chef to participate. The course is for everyone, as long as you have a basic knowledge of French!

When: Saturday, April 20 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Where: At “La Genoise” Pasticceria, Via Colombo 37r, Genoa (a 5-minute walk from the school)
Level: from A1. Native French-speaking students who want to meet foreign students improving their French are also welcome.
Price: €85
Included in the price: baking course with an experienced pastry chef, materials, recipe book, Éclairs tasting, hot drink.
Not included in the price: any food and drinks not listed above.
